  • Building capacity to tolerate and modulate difficult emotions

  • Overcoming patterns of avoidance

  • Developing new relationships with stuck patterns of thinking, including worry and rumination

  • Clarifying and understanding values

  • Deepening understanding and insight into behavioral and relational patterns

  • Adopting curiosity and compassion toward self and others

  • Cultivating deeper and meaningful relationships

  • Exploring roles and identities, including sexual & gender identity, racial and ethnic identities, family, career, and relationship roles

I utilize a pragmatic approach in my work with clients and incorporate methods that are grounded in research while prioritizing a flexible, targeted approach in supporting you in your goals.
